Mailer

This project is a mail client application for the DeforaOS desktop.
It is available under the GPL version 3.

It currently supports reading mbox folders, as well as the POP3 and IMAP4 protocols (also over SSL). Sending e-mail is performed using the local sendmail daemon.

It can be extended with a plug-in system, including:

• support for mailing-lists

The next feature planned is SMTP support.
