DaPortal/#13: Split different translations to separate files
As a first step towards profiling DaPortal (which is fairly mature now) I think the bigger modules could gain in being split to smaller files.
Though translations seem to be a good start, it could also be done for functions requiring/excluding special privileges for instance.

This is now the case for DBMS-specific SQL functions as well.
Translations are now done for the module "project", more tuning will follow (on other modules as well).
